PFA Parent Survey

You may know that the SEND Code of Practice involves preparing our children and young people for adulthood from the earliest point.

We have been asked by the SEN Team in Middlesbrough to share this survey with you to help them have an understanding of the current position.

The survey is open until 31st October and all answers are collected anonymously. Feedback will be used to inform future planning.
